HTC Rhyme memiliki layar sentuh berukuran 3.7 inci dengan resolusi WVGA dan dilengkapi juga dengan kamera 5 megapiksel dengan kemampuan merekam video HD 720p, memori internal 4GB, slot microSD, dan fitur konektivitas yang lengkap seperti dukungan jaringan 3G dengan HSDPA dan HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, dan GPS.
HTC Rhyme juga dilengkapi sejumlah aksesoris yang disukai kaum hawa. Lihat saja bentuk docking station, sports armband, Bluetooth headset dan ‘Charm cable’ yang melengkapi HTC Rhyme. Charm cable akan menyala tiap kali ada notifikasi yang masuk ke HTC Rhyme. Ada pula headset dengan music controls.
Semua aksesoris tersebut dibuat dengan tema warna yang sama dengan warna HTC Rhyme; lavender. Selain lavender keunguan itu, HTC Rhyme juga akan rilis dalam warna silver. HTC Rhyme sementara ini akan tersedia pada 29 September 2011 di Amerika via operator Verizon, seharga US $199 sesuai kontrak.
